Tender description
The contract requires the provision of a security guard whose duties will include; • Opening and closing of the site • Patrolling the site • Reception duties • Administration and reprographic duties Opening hours for Bevan House are 07:00 until 19:00 Monday to Friday. This equates to 60 hours per week. The contractor will also assign a key holder service for Bevan House and units 16, 17 & 21 Lambourne Crescent between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00 Monday to Friday and all day on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. The supplier will also respond to alarm incidents as necessary.
