Contractors interested in being selected to participate in this competition, must be registered with constructionline, or other body which carries out an equivalent certification function. Outline Description of the Project The Project is for the provision of internal and External Works. The scope of this project is to fully refurbish the Grade B listed Cultra Manor in order that it can fulfil its commercial potential as a premier facility for public programmes, life long learning activities, corporate events and private hire. this will entail compliance with current DDA (where possible) and fire legislation and require high quality design and construction standards throughout the process. the completed scheme must be a 'Very Good' BREEAM Bespoke certificate.
