Tender description

The ReachOut Scheme is a community based initiative based on working with people in their own homes targeting communities with the greatest needs across the Tendring district of North East Essex . ReachOut aims to work with as many people as possible in neighbourhoods through a process of “listening surveys” by door knocking, meeting people in the street and in other local community venues. Its aim is to take a ‘people first’ approach dealing with a range of issues; to gain peoples’ trust and to work with individuals and families in their own homes to provide information, guidance and advice, working in partnership with a range of agencies. The aim of the project is to address some of the underlying health related issues in the community.
