Upgrade of CCTV, Fire & Intruder Alarm Systems at Various NICtS Premises

Contractors interested in being selected to participate in this competition, must be registered with constructionline, or other body which carries out an equivalent certification function. Outline Description of the Project:- The Project is for the provision of CCTV, Fire alarm and intruder alarm upgrades to various Northern Ireland Court Service properties across Northern Ireland. The project will include replacement of existing CCTV cameras and equipment and the provision of new CCTV cameras in and around approximately 13 Court premises and the replacement of or installation of fire and intruder alarm systems in approx 6 court buildings throughout Northern Ireland. All systems shall be "open protocol" or "free market" to allow the maintenance of the systems to be allocated to the Employer's FM provider. All programmable engineering and operator access codes shall be provided to the Employer after the contract is completed. The tender shall be assessed on a price/quality assessment. The contract shall include all wiring systems and power requirements of the systems as required complying with current standards and as shall be detailed on the drawings and in the scope of works.
