The scheme is located on the A19 southbound taper diverge slip road at A19/A690 Herrington Interchange. The works involve Altering the existing taper diverge to form a parallel diverge layout Associated drainage, landscaping and environmental mitigation works Installation of new traffic count loops on the A19 southbound and northbound carriageway. Resurfacing part of the A19 southbound carriageway and the parallel diverge slip road.
