NITB wishes to appoint a Service Provider to design, implement and report on a survey of visitors to inform a range of planning and development processes to assist NITB in delivering a quality visitor experience from the initial stages of the decision making process, through to the experience of the destination. This survey should identify • the views and attitudes of visitors and domestic holidaymakers regarding the NI holiday experience (aligned to NI Tourism Brand values) • baseline measures of the experience provided by the 5 Signature Projects as they currently exist • the role of user generated websites and accommodation classification schemes in the consumer’s decision making process and accommodation choice and the extend to which their expectations are being met by the schemes Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
