Tender description
The Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) wishes to appoint a service provider to develop a campaign evaluation framework and evaluate the 09/10 campaigns. The NITB wishes to appoint a service provider to develop a research evaluation framework specific to the objective of NITB’s campaigns. The service provider must design an evaluation framework covering each of the individual NITB campaigns. They must also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the objectives of each campaign by developing a range of associated measurable key performance indicators. The service provider is also required to evaluate a range of campaigns to be implemented during 2009/10. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is Central Procurement Directorate obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
