Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Invest NI is inviting tenders from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the Provision of a 3D Manufacturing Simulation Programme. The nature of the service required by Invest NI is the provision of 3D factory simulation using modelling and visualisation tools to create a digital representation of an entire facility (virtual factory) including buildings, machines, systems, people and equipment. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
