Invest NI wishes to appoint a service provider to deliver patent appraisal services to Invest Northern Ireland’s Proof of Concept (PoC) programme. Proof of Concept is a discretionary grant award scheme. It supports the pre-commercialisation of leading-edge technologies emerging from Northern Ireland’s universities, research institutes and health trusts. It helps researchers to export their ideas and inventions from the laboratory to the global market place. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
