Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of Invest Northern Ireland wishes to appoint a commercial global R&D specialist to work in the Health and Life Science Sector. The successful service provider will work with Invest NI and its overseas offices to develop an R & D investment strategy in the NI Health and Life Sciences sector to bring about: • New technology alliances, joint ventures, consortia and university-industry collaborations; • Licensing deals for new technologies developed by the NI research community; • R & D-driven inward investment. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
