Invest NI –Provision of Trade Promotional Services Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Invest NI wishes to invite tenders for the Provision of Trade Promotional Services. Invest NI has a requirement for a service provider to deliver trade promotion activities in support of Invest NI’s Passport to Export Programme. The services required focus primarily on two areas; a. To undertake follow up visits or telephone contact, as considered appropriate, and maintain on-going contact with all companies participating in Invest NI’s multi-sectoral and sectoral trade missions, trade exhibitions and other market visits, to assess the outcomes arising from such activities. b. To use information resulting from these follow up visits with all companies participating in Invest NI multi-sectoral and sectoral trade missions, trade exhibitions and other market visits to identify, draft and publicise success stories arising from Invest NI trade support, working with the Invest NI Press Office and in line with the Invest NI Press Office protocols to maximise press coverage using a network of established contacts within the key NI and international business media.
