Central Procurement Directorate Supplies and Services Division Project_618 / ITT_1049 Department for Employment and Learning Delivery of the Steps to Work Programme in the Foyle Contract Area Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of its client, the Department for Employment and Learning, (DEL), wishes to invite tenders for the above service. Steps to Work (StW) is a new and fresh approach to assisting people find employment. It is a three step approach which provides a flexible way to help the clients with individual employment and training needs. Tender offers are invited from service providers who can deliver all of the required services within the Foyle Contract Area which covers the Foyle and Lisnagelvin Jobs and Benefits Offices. Following the evaluation of tender offers, one service provider will be successful. The contract is anticipated to take effect from 30th March 2009 until 31st March 2011 with options to extend for two further periods of one year each and will be subject to ongoing monitoring and review by the Department.
