The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) wishes to invite tenders from suitably experienced service provider’s to provide the full range of event management and logistical support services in order to assist in the delivery of its most prestigious showcase events – the National Training Awards. A leading departmental priority is the implementation of Success through Skills, the NI Skills Strategy, which spans the work of five divisions, incorporating FE Means Business, the Essential Skills Strategy and the Welfare to Work Agenda. The aim of the strategy is to raise the skills of the whole workforce so that productivity is raised and competitiveness increased. The National Training Awards falls under the remit of the Skills Strategy. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
