Tender description
The Authority are looking to procure a fully automated 360° Appraisal system, in order for Line Managers to be subject to a full 360 degree review, allowing sub-ordinate staff to make comment on their manager's performance. There will also be a requirement for the successful supplier to develop a full Competency Framework with the Authority's HR department based around the Authority's Values and Behavious Charter. The contract will consist of the supply, delivery, development, installation, implementation and annual support of the 360° appraisal system.
