Tender description

In support of its maintenance and repair of Council housing stock Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council procure quantities of Building materials as and when required. Whilst under the general heading of Building Materials there are several types of commodities required ranging from plumbing to timber. Historically the Council have sourced these commodities separately however, to improve control of price and quality and to reduce process costs, this tender will provide the opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate their ability to supply more than one product category and/ or provide a price/quality/process advantage. Whilst the majority of materials will be procured through this contract, the Council reserves the right to exclude some specialist materials.
