Tender description
The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of DETI wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake an SEA to strategically assess the potential effects that the development of offshore wind and marine renewables (wave and tidal devices) would have on the NI coastal and marine environment and make recommendations to inform the development of an offshore wind and marine renewable Strategic Action Plan in 2010. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
