Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of DEL wishes to appoint a service provider to conduct research into the economic, labour market and skills impacts of migrant workers in Northern Ireland. The Department for Employment and Learning wishes to carry out a study into the economic and labour market impact of migrant workers who have come to Northern Ireland especially in the period since the enlargement of the EU in 2004, and also indicate the likely impact on the skills mix of the workforce and the possible implications of this for skills policy. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
