Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of DETI wishes to appoint a service provider to support a broadband service aimed at the Northern Ireland SME community. The support is to take the form of a programme of business focused ICT/broadband advice. The proposed delivery mechanism is via the establishment of 2 ICT/broadband demonstration centres - one fixed and one mobile and resourced by 10 experienced broadband advisers with the support of a call-centre service. A full marketing and promotional campaign to raise awareness is also to accompany the programme. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
