Highways applied surfacing works term contract 2009 - 2013 The Term Contract will be for work on public highways, within the administrative area of the City of Stoke-on-Trent. The total anticipated costs are anticipated to be in the region of £800,000 per annum, and include Pre-patching Works, Retread Works, Surface Dressing Works, Micro-asphalt Works and Slurry Seal Works.
