Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of its client, the Northern Ireland Tourist Board, is inviting tenders from suitably experienced individual(s)/organisations who are interested in the following role(s) on a 12 month basis (with the possibility of extension to March 2010) 1 Managing Agent for the Welcome to Excellence suite of customer care programmes in Northern Ireland, including Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus and Welcome All; and/or 2 Master Trainer for the Welcome to Excellence suite of customer care programmes in Northern Ireland, including Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus and Welcome All; and/or 3 Training Design/Delivery Agent for learning initiatives to address identified industry skills needs Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
