Tender description
Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI), wishes to appoint service providers for the Provision of Economist Services. Service Providers will be required to quality assure Economic Appraisals in terms of content and alignment with guidance, quality assure and assess the level of VFM delivered on casework and provide Economic Briefing on NI/UK/ROI/Global economy issues.
