Tender description

Regeneration proposals for Stoke on Trent City Centre are currently in the process of being Masterplanned and are structured around the following zones; • Business District • City Centre Reconfiguration Public Realm • Canal Quarter (part of City Waterside) • City Gateways • Cultural Offer • East West Precincts • Hope Village For the work areas identified above, and shown in the plans in Annexe 1 the client requires a utilities review to be carried out. The client requires the detailed review and mapping of all underground and above ground services / utilities both in situ and those which are currently planned improvements, plus future infrastructure / services / utilities required to achieve the Masterplan for the City Centre.
