Central Procurement Directorate DEL – Forecasting Future Skills Demands in Northern Ireland The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of DEL wishes to appoint a service provider to forecast the demand for skills in Northern Ireland. The research is required to inform the planned review of the Success through Skills Strategy and assist the NI Skills Expert Group and Workforce Development Forums as they consider skills needs and priorities.
