DCAL - Development of an Opera Strategy on Behalf of the Arts Council of NI

The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisation to tender for the above contract. Following the publication of a 5-year strategy in January 2007, the Arts Council has embarked upon a programme of art form reviews across various genres to research, develop and produce robust art form strategies. These complement the 5-year strategy and will run concurrently for the remaining period of the strategy (i.e. from 2008-2011) with strategic objectives identified for each artform. The aim of this assignment is to produce a strategy for opera in Northern Ireland that complements the new five-year strategy document and sets out the priorities and landmarks for the period 2008-2011. Tender documents will available from Monday 23rd June 2008 and can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
