Masterplanning Consultancy Services for Regeneration

Tender description

Stoke on Trent City Council is seeking organisations to support it in the delivery of the physical, economic and social regeneration of the area. Organisations will be required to have the capacity, capability and experience in acting as Masterplanning Consultants for urban regeneration including preparation of outline planning applications, providing guidance and materials for other consultants to deliver the component parts of the applications, scheme design layouts, consultation and presentations to Council, other stakeholders and lead the public consultation process.
