PRINTING AND ASSOCIATED MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Tender description

The British Library would welcome applications from suitably experienced printing companies that are capable of providing printed material and associated print management that fulfils the needs and timescales required by the Library. The service required will cover all aspects of print production, associated storage, delivery and distribution of a diverse range of printed material. The range includes the following broad categories: - a) High quality marketing material over a wide variety of sizes and materials from single to full colour with finishes. Range includes A5 booklets, greetings cards, invitations and A1 posters. b) Predominantly short runs of one-off items rather than long runs of standard items c) Business forms including single/two colour 3-part NCR sets d) Corporate stationery (letterheads, compliment slips, business cards, address labels and envelopes). This list is not exhaustive. Estimated value approximately 300,000 GBP per annum. Delivery – UK England, various addresses and distribution centres. It is envisaged that the contract will be for a five year period, dependant on performance.
