Tender description
The Authority will shortly be undertaking a tender exercise for the provision of an eForms system, to automate the manual processes coducted within the Authority. The appointed supplier will analyse the Authority's current processes to develop an eForms requirement schedule, supply the system, install, and implement the initial requirements, creating eForms, implementation of system and the training of Coal Authority staff. The eForms system should have the ability to let users create their own eForms and be capable of being enhanced in order to add new processes as the business evolves.
