Tender description

The BBC is looking to establish a range of Framework Agreements for the supply and delivery of an extensive range of Professional Audio Equipment. It is key to the BBC that in any contractual agreement the supplier must be able to provide not only technology that is in use at the present time within the BBC but must be able to act quickly and have a proactive approach to requirements for new technology. The equipment outlined is perceived as being within a market that is driven by demand for new products as they are released on the market as well as established products that are currently available on the market at present. Suppliers must be able to show commitment and ability in terms of a pro-active approach to collaboration with the BBC to provide a variety of standard or bespoke manufactured products where applicable within the organisation. The BBC expects that suppliers will be able to provide proof of long term experience in dealing with a multi site broadcast organisation and where applicable be able to provide a rapid delivery service to all BBC premises to include next day delivery.
