Tender description
The BBC has a responsibility to ensure value for money for the TV Licence Fee payer by achieving the best value for money for collection whilst still offering a wide range of payment methods to purchase a TV Licence. The BBC has a continual aim to modernise the collection of the TV Licence Fee further, to increase the range of payment methods and the flexibility of the payment schemes offered, at the lowest possible cost.
