The BBC is looking to establish a range of Framework Agreements for the supply and delivery of an extensive range of consumer electrical goods, it is key to the BBC that in any contractual agreement suppliers must be able to provide not only technology that is in use at the present time within the BBC but also new technology as it appears on the market. The goods that are outlined in the Tender title are perceived as being within a market that is fast moving and easily effected by external factors that influence price, suppliers must be able to show commitment and ability in terms of a proactive approach to collaboration with the BBC to provide an effective service either through its current E-procurement internally hosted catalogue structure, or through a bespoke web based interface that links into the BBC E-procurement solution. The BBC expects that suppliers must have experience in dealing with large multi-site organisations and range of rapid delivery solutions is required to all BBC premises to include next day delivery.
