Tender description

The RADMS project at the British Library is concerned with obtaining information on patterns of usage by its Readers initially at the St Pancras reading rooms but with the possibility of expansion to cover the reading rooms at both Boston Spa and Colindale (the term “Reader” is used for users/customers at the St Pancras site). This tender is for consulting services that will help the BL make critical procurement decisions.
