Tender description

The University intends to procure an Electronic Document and Records Management System which will initially be used in a number of pilot areas before campus wide roll-out. Within or in addition to the main EDRMS there will be a provision to handle business processes involving workflow. The business process element of the system is required to enable capture of data from web-form capture and document scanning, routing and authorisation, through to integration with other software packages. The business processes must be capable of handling document, and non-document driven workflows. <br /><br />For full technical specifications, please refer to the PPQ tender documentation. <br /><br />Please note that the closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is Monday 17th January 2005 at at 10.00am GMT, and completed PPQ forms by Friday 21st January at 10.00am GMT.<br /><br />There will an application cost of £100.00 for the issue of tender documents (not PPQ forms - the first stage documents are f.o.c).
