Information Systems Business Requirements Gathering Workshop Planning and Delive

Tender description

DWP require an external supplier with specialist capability in IT Service Management to design, review and deliver a repeatable workshop framework that identifies and captures detailed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The objective is to give DWP Corporate IT the capability to identify and agree KPIs with individual DWP business areas/units and to create a repeatable workshop framework for KPI reporting. Initially, support may be needed from the supplier to embed capability to run workshops. The repeatable workshop framework will enable DWP to capture the business requirements for Information Systems from various DWP business areas/units so that service definition, service reporting and overall performance reporting of the services to be tendered by DWP's Future Contracting Delivery (FCD) Programme is more aligned to recogniseable business services rather than technology stacks or IT components. The KPIs identified will be used as data in an automated dashboard that will enable Senior Managers to better understand how IT is performing.
