Lot 1: Windows & Doors The supply and fit of Windows and Doors and associated goods, works and
services, under the following workstreams.

Lot 2: Doors The supply and fit of Communal Entrance Doors and associated goods, works and
services, under the following workstreams.

Workstream 2 – Composite Doors (incl’ Fire Doors)
Workstream 3 – Door Canopies
Lot 3: Roofline & Rainwater Goods The supply of fascia, soffit, bargeboards, and rainwater goods
including gutters and downpipes and associated goods, works and services, under the following
workstream.

The scope and structure of the lot includes window and door systems and associated components, supplied, distributed and supported by the chosen supplier dependant on installation by others or optional supply and installation by the supplier under the proposed workstreams (to include new installation, replacement, refurbishment, repair and servicing). Suppliers can select to provide services under any or all of the following Workstreams comprising this lot;

Suppliers can select to provide services under any or all of the following Workstreams comprising this lot;
