Wigan Council intends to procure Provider(s) to deliver simple major adaptations and a small number of specialist minor adaptations to all premises, both council and privately owned including private rented and those owned by Housing Associations.\r \r The duration of the framework will be over a 4-year period (2025 - 2029) and has a total approximate value of £7,500,000.

Remove existing bath, WC and wash basin Dispose of all debris and prepare room Supply and fit - shower tray, shower chair/seat and WC Fit new floor covering Fit wet wall panelling Electrical work - sockets, light fitting, extractor fan Supply and fit grab rails Any other installations required
Internal and external doors Remove existing internal door and casing. Cut out brickwork Supply and fix new plywood faced door, casing and ironmongery Relocate/reposition switch or socket to accommodate door widening including all necessary electrical tests and make good to walls.
External works including flagging and permanent ramp
