Waste Management Framework

The Cirrus Consortium Waste Management Framework provides quick, flexible and Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) compliant access to a range of services including (but not limited to) total waste management, waste drop off solutions, skip hire services, waste receptacles, office waste collections and waste management consultancy and advice services. The Waste Framework includes a selection of 12 leading suppliers to the housing and public sectors who have been chosen via a tender conducted in full compliance with public procurement legislation. The framework was undertaken as an open tender procedure, as detailed in Regulation 27 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102.
