Our Total Business Solutions framework is an end-to-end platform, designed to support organisations with their day-to-day business needs. Developed in partnership with Contracting Authority, District Homes CIC, it is delivered by OT Group (Office Depot). Streamlining the ordering and delivery of a range of business supplies and services, it is designed to maximise value and offer timesaving solutions, as well as promoting corporate sustainability, by using a single supplier, with less deliveries. With a full range of products and services consolidated into one supply contract, it includes everything from workplace essentials, such as stationery, facilities supplies, print and furniture, through to hybrid mail, managed print services, digitisation solutions, electronic records management, secure data destruction and tail management. Support is also available for remote working solutions, and home offices. Framework users will have access to an extensive range that encompasses hundreds of thousands of products, from more than 10,000 suppliers, all of which are regularly benchmarked against the market, to ensure competitive pricing. Deliveries are made nationally, through a world-class operations and distribution network, with flexible options including scheduled and out-of-hours deliveries, and carbon tracking on all orders. The framework can support organisations with the ordering and delivery of products and services, including: Office supplies – office stationery, home office supplies, exclusive 5-star own brand range and over 3,500 environmental product alternatives. Workplace solutions – janitorial supplies, waste management products, health and safety, premises and maintenance supplies, catering products. PPE & workwear – protective personal equipment, corporate clothing, uniforms, personalisation. Print management – corporate gifts, business stationery, direct mail, marketing collateral and large-scale print and graphics. Managed print services from solutions to software. Data archive – secure destruction, archive solutions, electric records management. Furniture and interiors – from a single chair, through to fit-outs and refurbishments. Tail management – supplier management services for consolidation and compliance. Digitalisation solutions – hybrid mail, AV digital advertising and RFiD asset tracking and geolocations. Framework users can access and order products through SmartPad, Office Depot’s intuitive e-commerce platform, which offers detailed descriptions of all products along with saved baskets, subscriptions and repeat orders, as well as the ability to highlight and guide user’s sustainable product options SmartPad also works as a powerful analytics engine, helping to drive procurement efficiencies, through full visibility and control of your organisation’s spend, built-in approvals and budget controls, and customisable management information.
