Supported Accommodation Open Framework

As part of the Tackling Homelessness Transformation Programme, the council wants to increase the supply of supported temporary accommodation (TA) delivered by partner Registered Providers (RPs). This is with the aim to reduce the council's use of non-supported privately owned emergency accommodation (EA) whilst still meeting the city's pressing demand for interim accommodation.

Lot 2 - Family Medium Support

Medium support family accommodation will have staff working at least 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, either on-site or nearby (as in a hub and spoke model). Properties can be either shared or self-contained. The layout of and access to the property must be suitable for residents with medium support needs, this includes a suitable location for meeting clients confidentially and allowing a staff presence on site.

Singles Low/Medium Support

7 suppliers

Bristol City Council requires a mixture of high-quality shared accommodation for singles and self-contained units for couples throughout the city, on a split of approx. 80% shared and 20% self-contained. Houses of multiple occupancy should have no more than 6 units at one address.
