Supported Accommodation Framework
3 years plus option to extend for 2 x 12 months This is a 5-year Framework if extension options are taken up. Under the Terms of the Procurement Act 2023, the initial period of the Framework will last for no more than 3 years. The Framework will be advertised and reopened to allow new Providers to join in the third year of the initial period. The extension period of the Framework will last for no more than 2 years.

Solo placement accommodation without staff on site 24 hours a day, but with sleep in staff on site 7 days a week. 7 Hours of key work per week (This support will be flexible to fit the needs of the individual and will take place in planned sessions between 7am and 10pm Monday - Sunday each week) Registered as with Ofsted as Category 1

Lot 2(b) Multi Night
