Pitched & Flat Roofing Works Framework (Domestic)

Tenders are invited by the Council from Contractors with relevant experience, sufficient capacity and capability in providing Roofing Works (the "Works") across the borough of Kirklees, under a proposed Framework Agreement as detailed further, in the Tender Pack and Specification. The Framework is split into five Lots and will run for initially two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) further twelve (12) month periods. The Lots are: • Lot 1: Pitched Roofing and Roofline works. • Lot 2: Flat Roof Works. • Lot 3: Pitched Roof Repairs. • Lot 4: Flat Roof Repairs. • Lot 5: Roofline and Minor Roofing works.
