P23-008 Framework Agreement for the Provision of IT Security (Penetration) Testing

Skills Development Scotland has a requirement to establish a framework agreement for the provision of security testing services to Skills Development Scotland (SDS), Scottish Enterprise (SE), Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) and Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). This opportunity is for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of IT Security (Penetration) Testing Services to Skills Development Scotland (SDS), Scottish Enterprise (SE), Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) and Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). The scope of the tendered services covers provision of security testing services which will require a supplier to identify, test for and exploit vulnerabilities (only where specifically required and agreed), confirm security controls are effective and recommend remedial actions to any vulnerability or weakness found.
