NORTH WEST CONSTRUSTION HUB – SMALL WORKS CONSTRUCTION FRAMEWORK (2023 TO 2026)

The new Small Works Construction Framework is now live. A total of 9 contractors have been appointed to work on the Small Works Construction Framework, for the delivery of construction projects of a value between £2,000 – £500,000 for Manchester City Council, AGMA authorities and associate members. Constructor partners have been selected through a competitive tender process backed by Manchester City Council, demonstrating their ability to deliver high quality, value for money, public sector projects. The framework will last 4 years and its aim is to continue to build strong partnership working with the construction industry to improve service delivery in terms of timescale and quality for projects, as well as to ensure good value for money. The works within the framework can vary from key improvement operations and repairs, to emergency works, remedial work and safety works.
