The scope of the Works under these Lots may comprises the following:
Injection of liquid DPC's (BBA Certified):
Damp and Waterproofing:
• Damp proofing and Tanking Works;
• Floor and wall membranes
Damp and Mould Remediation Works:
• Renewals and Repairs to damaged structures, structural timbers, structural components, finishes and fittings;
• Cavity Wall Insulation removal and reinstatement
• Brickwork repointing
• Stain blocking
• Mould treatment and removal
• Gutter Clearance
• Plasterwork
• Redecoration
• Making good
Condensation control
• Ventilation measures
• Ventilation and Heat Recovery Units
• Heating improvements
Timber Treatments
• Treatment of Wet and Dry Rot
