NHS Commercial Solutions (hosted by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) is preparing to renew our successful NHS England Accredited Framework Agreement for Legal Services. The new Framework will be available to the NHS and wider public sector and is expected to have a single Lot with the following categories of legal services: Core Categories: • Corporate and Commercial Law • Employment Law • Property Law Non-Core Categories: • Health Law • Primary Care Law • Mental Health Law • Law relating to Healthcare Projects • NHS Governance and Public Law Please note that this is a UK1 Pipeline Notice, not a live tender opportunity.
