Our heating and water hygiene framework is designed to support public sector organisations – including housing, health care and education providers. It covers the installation, supply and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating systems. It also covers your water hygiene remedial works. It’s split into four lots: Combined lot (for contracts covering both domestic and commercial heating), Domestic Heating, Commercial Heating and Water Hygiene (Remedial Works). Any publicly funded body can access the framework for free – and we’ll be able to support you throughout the procurement process. This framework connects you to experienced heating and water hygiene contractors ready to support you with your projects.

The service will cover but not be limited to all aspects of periodic servicing and inspection, risk assessment and development of a maintenance plan, undertaking monitoring, temperature checking, sampling, chlorination and cleaning of water systems etc, as detailed in the tender documents.
This lot covers responsive maintenance including emergency works (both during and out of hours) and major works projects. This includes Water Hygiene remedial repair works to correct any faults or non-compliancy following the risk assessments. Further details within the tender documents.
