The GLOUCESTERSHIRE County Council went out to procure a single provider framework agreement for domestic abuse support services (GDASS), using the
LIGHT TOUCH REGIME
The Council in conducting this procurement using Public Contract Regulations 2015; however, the Council exercised its right to deviate from the formalities of the procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for "light regime" services.

Lot A - Core support for victims which may include overall service management and the main front door for the service, support victims/survivors across a spectrum of risk, support to the multi-agency response to domestic abuse, prevention & early intervention work, entry level & basic domestic abuse training to professionals, awareness raising, co-location of staff with other specialist services and a protected characteristic champions approach.
