Framework Agreement for the Provision of Video Commissioning Services

Staffordshire County Council is looking to recruit the services of video production companies with the relevant skills and experience to provide filming, editing, animation and post-production support, to join a panel or providers for use by all departments across the council. We are looking for creative and innovative companies that can work with colleagues across the council on the development of their concepts and briefs, advise on filming techniques, formats and storytelling, and utilise the full range of modern technology to produce video content with impact. This includes the capture of drone and time-lapse footage, video animation, and audio/soundtrack services.
