Energy Efficient Professional Services (CPU 7221)

Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has secured Warm Homes Local Grant funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net-Zero to improve the energy efficiency of 70 privately owned domestic properties located within the borough by 31st March 2028. The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry provide a retrofit assessment and coordination service covering designing, approving and signing off a retrofit plan and uploading measures to Trustmark.

This DPS is being set up and managed by Nottingham City Council acting in its capacity as accountable body for the Midlands Net Zero Hub.
