To deliver against a planned and reactive repairs, maintenance, and servicing programme of works in the provision of Domestic, Commercial and General heating. Including but not limited to Central heating (systems) Gas, Electric Heating including water, Hydrogen Boiler (conversion and installation), Radiators, Boiler repairs, servicing, and replacement to include supply and fit and fit only. Landlord Gas Safe Record certification, Gas pipe work checks, testing for tightness on the whole gas system, including installation pipework, visually examine the pipework.
