Smart Solutions, powered by ESPO, is a collection of agreements that have been developed to allow the public sector the chance to benefit from over 40 years’ worth of experience within procurement. An agreement for the supply of electricity for non-half hourly, half hourly metered and unmetered supplies with ESPO acting as an intermediary to buy electricity in the wholesale market on your behalf.
